Shipping Terms

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Production and Dispatch

Delivery time depends on the type of order.

Standard, unbranded products that are in stock will normally be dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Branded, personalised or custom-made products require additional production time. The expected lead time will be communicated to you during the quotation and order process and will generally begin once payment, artwork and any required artwork approval have been received.

If your order is required for a specific event or date, please let us know before confirming your order so that we can confirm whether the required deadline is achievable.

Courier Delivery

We use established courier services to deliver orders throughout South Africa.

Courier collections and deliveries generally take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service selected. Any delivery date or transit time provided is an estimate, as delays can occasionally occur outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of the order and will be included in your quotation or invoice where applicable.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details supplied are correct. Additional courier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may be for the customer’s account.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if products are missing or incorrect, please contact Image Impressions promptly and provide your order reference together with photographs where appropriate.

Collections

Where collection is available, we will advise you when your order is ready and provide the relevant collection details.
